Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.

G GJIA Lighting will cover the full cost of your 1st return label. The customer is responsible for any additional return labels. Less-Than-Truckload shipments are excluded from free returns.

Note:
All returns must happen within 30 days of the receipt of that product or ggjia-led.com has the right to refuse the return.
Guidelines for items conditional return:
∮ Please confirm the solution with customer service first, if you need to return the product, all costs are borne by G GJIA.
∮ Packaging material (i.e. wrapping, clam shells) must not have been destroyed or broken

∮ Please note that we randomly select logistics providers and are unable to accommodate requests for specific ones. Any delays caused by the shipping company are out of our responsibility and we can not compensate for any resulting expenses. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise.

2. Our 5-year warranty means you can contact us for a replacement if you encounter any product issues within this period.

Note:

If your product requires replacement, please include your purchase order number in the email. Additionally, ensure you attach a photo or video showcasing the failure, with the product number visible on the back. Upon completing our review within 48 hours, we will arrange for the delivery of a new product, with all associated expenses covered by G GJIA Lighting. We stand by our commitment to a genuine 5-year warranty, backed by 17 years of brand reputation.

 

Warranty:

G GJIA Lighting warrants that lights purchased directly from G GJIA Lighting will be free from defects in material and workmanship until the earlier of five years from the date of purchasing, and 50,000 hours of operation.


Remedy:
- If the product is defective caused by material or production failures, this product will be repaired or replaced, at G GJIA's option. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Relevant photos and videos are required for further evaluation. 
- G GJIA should bear the relevant expenses after confirmation, and the specific expenses are subjected to G GJIA's instructions.


Terms and Conditions:

This Limited Warranty is VOID under these circumstances:
- This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the product caused by: negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage, or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions.
- Replacement of components with those from other manufacturers.
- Operating the product outside specified electrical values or subjecting it to abnormal use/stress such as under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles, and extreme environmental conditions (e.g., ambient temperature).
- Products not purchased elsewhere on our site, 
- Not the quality of the product itself, or man-made damage,

 

DISCLAIMER

Please pay attention to the working temperature of the light fixture. If the temperature exceeds the usage limit of the light fixture due to natural or man-made reasons causing damage to the light fixture, the warranty policy won't cover the loss.
In case the product is not available, G GJIA reserves the right to replace the product with a comparable product.


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

G GJIA Company issues a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain the failed Products and notify your G GJIA sales or customer service representative in writing within 15 days of the failure. After contacting G GJIA and receiving an RMA number, the Purchaser shall promptly return the Product after receiving instructions regarding if, when, and where to ship the Product. The Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number, and the shipping box must be clearly marked with the RMA number. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this Limited Warranty. G GJIA reserves the right to examine all failed Products to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and shall be the sole judge as to whether any Product is defective and covered under this Limited Warranty.

GGJIA offers a 5-year warranty on all products purchased on this website.

If you have any problems during the use of our products, please feel free to contact our after-sales customer service team (support@ggjia-led.com), we will get in touch with you within 24 hours. If you can attach a picture or video of the corresponding product and explain the specific problem to us, it will help us solve the problem more quickly. More importantly, we will feed back these product problems to our product quality team for analysis, so that they can improve the product in time to avoid similar problems in the future.
