How to Choose the Right Commercial LED Fixture?
Step 1 — Identify the application. Match your space type to the categories above. Most commercial facilities use 2–4 different fixture types (e.g., a warehouse typically needs high bays inside, wall packs on the building exterior, and parking lot lights for the lot).
Step 2 — Confirm certification requirements. All commercial installations should be UL Listed (or cUL for Canada). If you plan to claim utility rebates, confirm the fixture is DLC Qualified. If the space has wet or washdown conditions, verify IP65 minimum. Hazardous environments require Class I or II ratings.
Step 3 — Match wattage to the space. Use our [Lighting Calculator](https://ggjia-led.com/pages/lighting-calculator) for quick estimates, or email support@ggjia-led.com with floor plan dimensions for a free professional photometric layout (free for 10+ fixture projects).
Step 4 — Plan for controls. All GGJIA commercial fixtures accept 0–10V dimming. Consider whether the application benefits from occupancy sensors (typical for warehouses, restrooms, stockrooms) or dusk-to-dawn photocells (typical for parking lots and wall packs).
Step 5 — Verify warranty and post-purchase support. All GGJIA commercial fixtures carry a 5-year full replacement warranty with U.S.-based support and prepaid return shipping inside the continental U.S.
