The 2x2 and 2x4 models have different bodies; neither size guarantees that it can be lifted into every ceiling. Check the installation access and wiring space as well as the outline shown in the dimension drawing. Send a ceiling photo and measured opening if you need help choosing.
These are complete LED troffer fixtures, not universal retrofit kits for an existing fluorescent housing. Replacing an old fixture involves checking its removal, the ceiling support, supply connection and controls. A matching nominal 2x2 or 2x4 size does not establish electrical or mounting compatibility with the old housing. If you need to retain that housing, ask for a retrofit product specifically approved for it rather than treating this complete fixture as a lamp replacement.
No. The current 2x2 and 2x4 product pages state that suspension and surface-mount kits are not included. Choose a mounting method first, then request the compatible kit and a parts list for the exact fixture. Do not assume that a flat-panel frame or a kit for another nominally similar light will fit this troffer. Confirm both fixture and accessory availability before ordering the project quantity.
The listed troffers have selectable wattage and CCT switches, plus 0–10V dimming. Wattage selects a listed power/output setting; CCT selects the white color. These setup switches are different from day-to-day dimming. Reuse an existing dimmer only after confirming driver and control compatibility, minimum light level and full-off behavior. Request the exact model’s setting list and installation instructions before deciding which controls to retain.
Compare the same fixture size, selected pack quantity and total number of fixtures required. Divide the pack price by its listed fixture quantity to compare unit cost, then add the mounting kits, controls and installation scope needed for your ceiling.
