I needed some brighter lighting for the dark areas inside my barn.This fixture really does the job.You can't look directly at it, you'll surely go blind.It also runs really hot.I made the mistake of adjusting it after it had been on a while, and got a bit of a burn on my hand.The fixture has a number of hanging options, including a solid hook and a safety wire.The 120VAC cord is extra long.The fixture claims to be waterproof, but I didn't put it out in the rain to test it.Overall, I think this is a great value in bright lighting.

This is a great light. Does not cast shadows or any different color hues. The housing does get hotter than I would have expected from an LED however.

Very good brightness and spread of light didn't take much of them to turn the showroom of my dealership very bright. Function how I needed it to doesn't hurt the eyes while it still illuminates strongly.Unfortunately, my electrician decided to hot-wire them, and I can no longer use them, but maybe in the future I will re-buy them again

In my garage with 9ft ceiling, little low for it. Would be better higher up, creates a bright spot , but still fans out pretty good. I added LED shop 4ft light(Amazon 12$) to cover the shadow areas

They were perfect for my garage. Plenty of light. Especially against a dark ceiling. $23 per light. I put 6 in a 32x40 and 2 more in a 12x26 area and it's plenty bright.

I have fluorescents in my art studio, which are fine in the summer when the light coming through the window is good, but I struggle in the fall/winter to get enough light on my canvas/palette. This LED UFO is perfect, especially since it is daylight balanced and doesn't mess with my colours. It even allows me to paint at night without needing extra stand lighting. Just what I needed!

I'm going to use this in my shed/workshop, replacing a super dim conventional light.I've included a pair of pictures that illustrate the striking contrast between the new bright lamp, and the original one (that constantly forced me into looking for supplemental lighting.)The only downside is that I'll have to run another wire from the light switch to the ceiling, and put in an outlet, since this new light needs to be plugged in. That's not such an imposition, since doing so will also give me somewhere convenient to plug in my cold weather heat lamp.
