Is 25,000 lumens too bright for indoor use?
For most indoor commercial spaces, no — but you can dim by switching off one lamp head (independent switching) for 12,500 lumens, or by aiming one head away from the work zone for indirect lighting. The 200W is sized for outdoor and large indoor spaces; for small indoor spaces (single-room renovation), the 80W model is more practical.

How tall does the tripod extend?
23.6" minimum to 59" maximum (about 2 to 5 feet). The telescoping action is smooth with positive locking — extend by lifting one section, the locking mechanism engages automatically.

Will the 14.8-ft cord reach my outlet?

Can I use it on a generator?
